    What choice do I have when it comes to payment?

    Karcher is known for its wide choice of products, but we also empower you with choice when it comes to how you want to pay.

    1. Online Payment via Debit and Credit Cards (Visa and MasterCard)
    2. Click and Collect. Book your machine online, and pay at the store at your convenience.

    Are there any hidden charges?

    We have made sure that you do not pay anything extra! Prices listed for all products are transparent at the time of checkout. You will be notified of any delivery or service charges before you pay for your order. However additional charge may be applied by the courier (The customer pays directly to the courier) only if the weight of the delivery is above 15KG or the size of the box is beyond 60X60 CM when requested for door to door delivery. Customers may choose to collect the delivery from the nearest courier (Dalilee) office in the area without additional charges.

    How do I pay using a credit card?

    It is a simple process, with a few ground rules:

    1. You must be 18yrs or older.
    2. You must be the authorised user of the card.
    3. Have sufficient credit.
    4. Know your personal details.

    How safe is it to use my credit card?
