All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner. You can check your order status by logging in and checking ‘My Account’. Delivery times change depending on product availability, customer location and public holidays. Standard delivery within the Oman is usually between two to five working days.
How are products packaged, i.e. will they reach me safely?
In addition to retaining the original packing by the manufacturer, where needed, we then secure your purchases with additional packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
What if something happens to an in-transit product?
You can relax knowing we will deliver the goods safely and on time. If you experience any issues please email our Customer Service Centre Karchermuscat@karcher.com or call +968 24 112544 +968 24 112544 between 08:30 am and 05:30 pm, Sunday to Thursday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Karcher Center Muscat delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery service chosen.

Customers may choose to collect the delivery from the nearest courier (Dalilee) office in the area without additional charges. | Free standard delivery on orders above OMR 30.00 Additional charge may be applied by the courier (The customer pays directly to the courier) only if the weight of the delivery is above 15KG or the size of the box is beyond 60X60 CM when requested for door to door delivery. Notes:
- There are no deliveries on Fridays, Saturdays or Oman public holidays.
- All orders will be delivered between 9am and 7pm.
