Unused and undamaged goods in their original, unopened packaging may be exchanged within thirty (30) calendar days of the purchase date. The original proof of purchase must be presented for all exchanges. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition. All returns shall be in accordance with the Returns & Cancellation Policy.
2. Refunds
2.1. All refunds will be issued to the original customer and via the original payment method.
2.2. Where the original payment was made in cash, the customer's identity must be verified before the refund is processed.
2.3. For invoices issued in the name of a company, cash refunds are not permitted unless the owner or an authorised representative, as evidenced by valid company documents, is personally present at the time of refund.
Note: This policy does not apply to defective goods, which are covered under the Kärcher warranty.
3. Warranty
All Kärcher products are covered by a standard manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
4. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims will only be accepted upon presentation of the original proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
5. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
(a) Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, or damage from non-compliance with the user or operator’s manual
(b) Normal wear and tear on components, accessories, and attachments
(c) Repairs or modifications made by any service organization not authorized by Kärcher
(d) Use of devices or accessories not distributed or approved by Kärcher
(e) Defects caused by the use of incorrect supply voltage
6. Service & Uncollected Goods
Any Goods left with Kärcher for repair, service, or assessment must be collected by the Customer within thirty (30) calendar days of Kärcher sending out the “Notice to Collect”. Kärcher reserves the right to dispose of any Goods not collected within this timeframe. Kärcher may also, at its discretion, charge the Customer for any associated storage and disposal costs
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kärcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or business opportunities. Kärcher aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the sale of any product shall not exceed the total purchase price actually paid for such product.
8. Title to Goods
Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until Kärcher has received payment in full (in cleared funds) for the Goods. Until title passes, Kärcher reserves the right to recover the Goods.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
A binding order shall be deemed placed upon Kärcher’s receipt of a signed and stamped Purchase Order referencing this quotation. Acceptance of a Purchase Order by Kärcher shall not imply acceptance of any terms stated therein that conflict with or add to these Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing and will be subject to Kärcher’s written approval. Approved cancellations shall be subject to a fee covering actual costs incurred, including but not limited to material, administrative, logistics, and restocking costs.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing this purchase, the Customer confirms unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
