KÄRCHER RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
At Kärcher, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product or cancel your order in accordance with the terms set out below.

1. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Centre by email at customercare.ae@karcher.com or by phone on 800 KÄRCHER (5272437) (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
Our representative will assist you with the applicable return procedure and any documentation required.

2. Return Period
Any claims for visible damage, manufacturing defects, or order discrepancies must be submitted to Kärcher in writing within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
Unused and undamaged goods in their original, unopened packaging may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or delivery note) is required for all returns, refunds, and exchanges.

3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- 3.1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and complete with all original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and labels.
- 3.2. The product must not show any signs of installation, wear, or use.
- 3.3. A valid proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.
Kärcher reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is not returned in accordance with these conditions.

4. Return Methods

a) Free Return to Store
You may return the product to any of the following authorised Kärcher locations:

4.1. Kärcher Center (Marrakesh Street, Dubai)

4.2. Kärcher Regional Experience Center (Al Quoz, Dubai)

4.3. Kärcher Center (Mushrif Mall, Abu Dhabi)
Please bring your proof of purchase and a valid photo identification (e.g. Emirates ID, passport, or driver’s licence).
A restocking fee of up to five percent (5%) of the product value may apply, where applicable.

b) Collection Service
Alternatively, you may arrange for collection by a third-party courier through our Customer Service Centre. Please note that courier collection charges shall apply and will be deducted automatically from the refund amount. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit. -
5. Refunds

a) All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

b) Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable for 'change of mind' returns.

c) For online orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer. In such cases, you will be required to provide your bank account details to our Customer Service Centre.

d) Refunds will be processed by Kärcher within five (5) business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item; However, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your bank or payment account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an online order for a full refund at any time before the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Centre at customercare.ae@karcher.com with your order number. If you have already paid for your order, we will process your refund within five (5) business days. Please note it may take longer for the refund to be processed by your bank. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to this policy.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Kärcher takes great care to ensure products reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:
- a) Visible Damage on Delivery
If you notice visible damage to the product upon delivery, please refuse to accept the shipment and contact our Customer Service Centre immediately.

b) Damage Identified After Delivery
If you discover damage, defects, or an incorrect item after delivery, please contact our Customer Service Centre immediately. A representative will guide you through the appropriate resolution process. Please note that such issues must be reported within the return period set out in Clause 2 above.

8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, including applicable consumer protection regulations issued by the UAE Ministry of Economy.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
