Return & Exchange Policy

Within 7 Days:

• Exchange or Return allowed if the product fails during unpacking or first use (excludes detergents).

Within 30 Days:

• Exchange or Return allowed only for unopened products in their original packaging.
• • Note: Restocking fees may apply if the box seal is broken or damaged (subjected to approval).

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed using the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used for purchase.
• Cheque / Bank Transfer: Refunded to the same bank account.
• Cash (Individual Invoice): Cash or bank transfer (customer name must match the invoice).
• Cash (Company Invoice): Bank transfer to the company’s official bank account.
• • Cash refund permitted only if the receiver is listed on the company trade license.

Warranty Coverage

• Warranty Period: 1 Year on new machines (unless an extended warranty applies).
• Exclusions: Accessories, consumables, and detergents are not covered.

Warranty is void if:

• The product is resold.
• Home & Garden products are used for commercial purposes.
• Repairs are performed by non-authorized technicians.
• The product is used for purposes other than its intended design.
